With You
I often think of the times we are together,
Revelling in the thoughts of warmth,
Knowing that we had been so close,
Pondering of everything said in the past.
Cuddling and whispering we sat,
Words exchanged for our ears only,
The thought of being anywhere else,
Conviently absent as we nuzzled.
The feeling of delight in my heart,
A fire burning deep within me,
Modern life is unimportant to one,
The state of being akin to love.
The encouragement spoken to one another,
Soft tones used for the dearest subject,
Movements not unlike that of the ocean,
Slow and gradual never sudden o
